Rebecca received her formal theater training at the University of Washington in Seattle. Eventually making her way east she continued her acting studies with several private teachers in New York City.
She has appeared in regional, off Broadway and overseas regional theater companies, as well as in several graduate and educational film projects. Since moving to the east coast in 1978 she has shifted her emphasis more towards the world of professional dance, but the theater is still one of her greatest loves.
Formerly Chief of Production at Newsweek Magazine, she has spent the better part of the last 25 years making the "trains run on time," ensuring that the magazine gets produced and out the door to the printing plants on deadline each week.
